As a Front of House Team Member, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role includes various tasks such as greeting customers, taking their orders, and ensuring that the dining area is well-kept.

  Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are important.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds is required.

Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

REQUIREMENTS

• • Prior customer service experience
  • A true “people person”providing exceptional and gracious service
  • Experience working with a Point of Sale system
  • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Competency in counting money and processing payments
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
  • A genuine commitment to excellence and success
