What You’ll Do

• Manage accounting operations across multiple client engagements with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Handle reconciliations, payables, receivables, reporting, and month‑end close activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules that meet client and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead onboarding for new engagements.
• Monitor budgets and communicate capacity, service, or scope concerns proactively.
• Maintain precise documentation and follow established processes to ensure audit readiness and continuity.
• Use cloud‑based tools like QuickBooks, Canopy, Bill, and others, to deliver efficient, consistent service.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Identify and share process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold enTune’s standards of confidentiality, integrity, and excellence.
• Support smooth transitions between team members and contribute to training and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on accounting best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on accounting experience, including advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Enterprise and Online).

Schedule: Available Monday–Friday during Eastern Time business hours to support clients and team members.

Commitment: Begin at approximately 30 hours per week, ramping to 40 hours as business needs grow.

Collaboration: High emotional intelligence and a genuine ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Performance: Dedicated to delivering accurate, timely work that aligns with client expectations and engagement budgets.
