Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—modeling integrity, professionalism, and a “We Say Yes” mentality.
Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.
