Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead and oversee complex civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including stormwater management systems, water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, and pipeline infrastructure.
• Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion within scope and budget constraints.
• Oversee construction management activities, including site supervision, construction inspection, and quality assurance processes.
• Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and CAD drafting tools to develop schematics, technical drawings, and design documents.
• Conduct hydrological modeling using tools like SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Hydrologic analysis tools, GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and GIS software for spatial analysis.
• Prepare detailed technical engineering reports covering geotechnical investigations, hydrologic analysis, system design specifications, and permitting documentation.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies during the permitting phase to secure necessary approvals for project progression.
• Manage client communication by providing project updates, technical guidance, and addressing concerns proactively.
• Lead team members in technical tasks such as system design schematics, stormwater system modeling, land surveying coordination, and system hydraulics analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects with a strong background in construction management and project engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation; experience with Bluebeam for document review is a plus.
• Skilled in hydrological modeling tools such as SWMM and HEC-RAS; experience with GIS platforms like ArcGIS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management systems, water/wastewater treatment processes, geotechnical engineering principles, and land surveying techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; technical writing experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance related to civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to perform detailed construction inspection activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
