Harlem USA Digital LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Music & Digital Content Marketing and Publicity to lead the promotion, branding, distribution, and audience growth of our expanding catalog of music, film, television, podcasts, and digital entertainment properties.
With more than 340 original songs, 17 albums, feature film and television projects in development, podcasts, documentaries, live events, and streaming content, we are building a next-generation independent entertainment company focused on owning intellectual property and connecting directly with audiences worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager of Music & Digital Content Marketing specializing in Film, TV, and Music to lead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute compelling content strategies across multiple social media platforms, harness analytics to optimize performance, and elevate our brand presence within the entertainment industry. Your expertise will drive engagement, grow audiences, and foster meaningful relationships with fans and industry partners alike. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for music, film, and TV content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance visual storytelling.
- Manage social media accounts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct social listening and analyze social media analytics to gauge campaign effectiveness, audience sentiment, and emerging trends.
- Implement SEO strategies and keyword research to improve content discoverability across digital channels.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases and manage media outreach that amplifies campaign reach.
- Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and marketing online analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost content visibility and audience growth.
- Engage with fans and industry partners through relationship management efforts on social media channels to foster community loyalty.
- Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines while maintaining high standards of proofreading and media editing quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing within the entertainment industry—film, TV, or music—demonstrating successful campaign execution.
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools for multimedia content production.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and media performance analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and social media platforms’ algorithms to optimize engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze marketing data effectively to monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent content writing skills combined with a keen eye for proofreading to ensure clear messaging across all channels.
- Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and media outlets.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
