Responsibilities
- Build and grow a client base through networking, referrals, centers of influence, community involvement, and firm resources.
- Lead discovery meetings, create personalized financial plans, and recommend solutions across insurance (life, disability, long-term care) and investments (brokerage/advisory).
- Implement strategies, conduct ongoing reviews, and deliver high-touch client service.
- Partner with specialists in planning, investments, and insurance to address complex client needs.
- Use our integrated tech stack (planning tools, CRM) and follow compliance standards.
- Complete and maintain required licenses and continuing education (FINRA/state).
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; all majors welcome. Career changers encouraged to apply!!!
- Demonstrated interest or background in financial services, banking, or accounting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including wealth management, asset management, and corporate accounting principles.
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical topics such as wills, trusts & estate law, and tax strategies clearly and confidently.
- Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Knowledge of research methods and familiarity with financial software tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
