Job description:

Kor4 fitness consultant / sales associates will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the facility. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about studio operations and polices, as well as perform various administrative duties.

This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Ability to understand and explain the policies of the gym and basic front desk principles. In addition to setting up new members, processing credit cards, answering phone calls, communicating with leads and computer skills required. Flexibility of taking on multiple tasks at a time, along with maintaining the overall appearance of the facility while working with other team members.

Ability to work morning, midday afternoon, and weekend shifts is necessary.

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
