The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring our food products are produced safely and efficiently. Production Associates will work on the production line, performing various tasks related to the manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance of our food products.

We are currently seeking full-time production associates available to work the following shifts.

You must be able to work ALL SHIFTS

Production Associate Pay: $18.94 paid weekly

Production Associates will work 8-12 hour shifts which will include weekends and holidays.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of food items following established standard operating procedures.

Operate various food production equipment safely and effectively.

Carry out all tasks in a manner that promotes food safety and complies with all quality, safety, and health standards and regulations.

Perform quality control checks to ensure the production output meets quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Ensure production schedules are met by efficiently performing assigned tasks.

Handle raw materials and finished products according to company standards.

Assist in packaging and labeling of the final product.

Report any machinery/equipment issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance department.

Participate in training and continuous improvement activities as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in a food production environment is beneficial.

Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards is desirable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Ability to work well in a team setting.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
