What We Offer:
The Customer Service Manager is an integral part of our operations team and directly supports our mission to deliver a world-class experience to every homeowner we service. This role oversees the Signature Service Representatives, who manage all contract, permit, and homeowner association documentation, coordinate project appointments, and maintain consistent, proactive communication with our homeowners throughout their remodeling journey. The Signature Service Manager sets performance expectations, provides coaching, and ensures the team delivers exceptional service from the point of sale to project completion.
