We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability and operability of our electrical/mechanical manufacturing equipment and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications
· Primarily a daylight position but needs to be flexible to cover off shifts or weekends as needed
· Self-direction is a must for the success of this position
· Graduate of a 2 year technical degree program, or 3-5 yrs. experience in preventative maintenance or repairs (including relevant experience gained in military service)
· Experience and-or knowledge of manufacturing mechanical/electrical/facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, etc.
· Electronics, schematics, electrical power, blue print reading, and complex mechanical repairs a plus
· Ability to use a multimeter to trouble shoot and repair complex equipment electrical issues and or programming
· Ability to use a variety of hand tools to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· OSHA standard comprehension
· Environmental, Safety, and Health comprehension
· Ability to communicate and use appropriate maintenance documentation systems (CMMS)
· Organized and detail oriented
· Willing to work overtime as needed with or without notice
· Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment, tools, etc.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and troubleshoot electrical mechanical/manufacturing equipment
· Maintain facility
· Conduct preventative maintenance on applicable equipment
· Complete records of work, inspections, and processes
· Keep tools, spare parts, and manufacturing facilities clean and organized
· Assist in producing quality products by completing proper machine maintenance
· Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, trainings, and team member involvement activities
· Proactively promote, and maintain a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention and equipment maintenance
