The Global Associate Program (GAP) is a structured 12-month rotational development program consists of two 6-month rotations designed to provide broad exposure across operational support, business analytics, operational excellence, process improvement, project management, and technology-driven initiatives within the aviation services industry.
The Rotational Program Participant role in the Global Associate Program supports operational excellence by analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and contributing to workforce optimization and strategic initiatives. The position partners cross-functionally to implement solutions involving technology, automation, and continuous improvement methodology efforts across the WFS network.
Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 1–2 years in one of the following fields:
Internship, academic, or professional experience in operations, logistics, analytics, or project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ü Ability to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions
Effective collaboration with frontline teams and senior leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data
Ability to work in both corporate and operational environments
