Polytechnic School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Cross Country Coach to support our boys and girls cross country program at both the JV and varsity levels. This is a paid coaching position.

• Prior competitive experience in cross country and/or track and field (required)
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain prior to the start of the season (required)
• Strong understanding of distance running training principles and race preparation
• Ability to work with student-athletes of varying skill levels and ages
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with and mentoring high school athletes
• Demonstrated experience creating inclusive learning environments and opportunities
