Customer Service & Graphic Design Assistant (Full-Time)

Minuteman Press is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Graphic Design Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level designer who enjoys working with people and is interested in building a career in graphic design and commercial printing.

This position focuses on providing outstanding customer service while assisting with graphic design and print production. As your skills and experience grow, there is significant opportunity to take on more graphic design responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Communicate with customers about artwork, project details, proofs, and order status.
• Assist with creating and editing print-ready artwork for business cards, brochures, flyers, menus, postcards, and other marketing materials.
• Proofread artwork and job information for accuracy.
• Prepare files for print and assist with production.
• Operate digital printers, scanners, paper cutters, and other production equipment (training provided).
• Create work orders and invoices.
• Assist with updating the company's social media pages.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow throughout the shop.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new software, equipment, and print production processes.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Graphic design education or relevant coursework is a plus. Experience in a print shop is helpful but not required.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
