About the Role

Dreampro is a women-led done-for-you course creation agency that helps coaches and course creators build world-class learning experiences. We work fast, we care deeply about quality, and we hold ourselves to a high visual standard across everything we produce.

We're looking for a graphic designer who can move seamlessly between building from existing brand guidelines and building a brand from scratch. You'll be creating presentation materials, slide decks, workbooks, and branded assets for a diverse roster of clients spanning all industries. No two projects look the same here.

What You'll Do

• Develop branded course materials including slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, and other learner-facing assets using provided brand guidelines, or create new branding when clients come without one
• When building from scratch, develop original color palettes, font suites, and custom logo packages designed with the client and their course objective in mind — no Canva-generated or purchased logos
• Execute slide designs and course materials based on direction from our instructional design team, translating content structure and layout guidance into polished, on-brand visuals
• Lead design review meetings with internal team members and occasionally with clients, presenting your creative direction with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers within a structured project system to deliver on time
• Flex your aesthetic range across drastically different client identities, from high-end corporate to spiritual and everything in between, without defaulting to a generic style
• Deliver polished, production-ready files on time within fast-moving project timelines

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across styles and industries, ideally including presentation design or educational materials
• Proven ability to build cohesive brand identities from scratch including custom logos, color palettes, and typography systems
• Proven ability to work from an existing brand identity system and stay on-brand
• Comfort leading meetings and articulating your design decisions to non-designers
• Ability to take creative direction well and execute quickly without needing to own the content strategy
• A self-directed, autonomous working style with strong communication habits for a remote team
• Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently without sacrificing craft
• Proficiency in Canva required; Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools a plus
• Experience designing for online education, coaching, or digital product businesses is a strong plus

How We Work

We're a remote team that moves quickly and collaborates closely. You'll be working within a structured project system alongside project managers, instructional designers, and content strategists. Speed matters here, but never at the expense of quality. We expect you to take creative ownership of your work while staying responsive and communicative with the team.

Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Hours: 10 per week to start

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
