Aspen Restaurant is looking for a hard-working, motivated Line Cook who can multitask, work well with our kitchen team, maintain a clean work area, and put out quality food in a timely manner.
We are primarily looking for a Grill/Fry cook, but we have flexibility with our current staff. Depending on your experience level, you can start in food prep and work your way up, or start right away on the line and learn multiple stations.
Line Cook Key Responsibilities
- Food Production: Cook and present high-quality food orders efficiently and in a timely manner according to restaurant standards.
- Station Management: Operate the grill and fryer stations effectively, ensuring precise cooking temperatures and portions.
- Kitchen Station Prep: Execute proper food preparation tasks to keep the line stocked and ready for service.
- Sanitation: Maintain a thoroughly clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout your shift.
- Teamwork: Collaborate smoothly with fellow kitchen staff and leadership to manage busy dining rushes.
Line Cook Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous restaurant, kitchen, and food service experience is a plus. Strong basic food preparation and cooking skills are required.
- Availability: Must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Core Skills: Ability to multitask under pressure, take direction well, and maintain high standards for food handling.
Line Cook Position Details & Benefits

- Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
