We're looking for a positive, motivated candidate to join our team as a full-time, in office Insurance Risk Advisor . This 40 hour a week, in office role will allow someone who is best at providing high levels of sales, service, solving problems, and working as a part of a championship team. No prior experience in insurance is needed as long as you are a hungry learner, humble, and excited to grow more relationships and be a part of a great team.

E D U C A T I O N

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

L I C E N S I N G

• Property and casualty insurance licenses within 30 days of hiring offer & Life license within 90 days from original hire date
• Must be licensed before official start

The primary objective of an Insurance Risk Advisor is to sell auto, home, commercial and life insurance within our primary sales markets, as well as maintain our current customers. This will include setting up reviews, servicing accounts, and continue to add lines to current customers.

Role Specifics

Examples of things that could fall under your purview:

• Make proactive outbound calls and receive inbound calls in an effort to quote and bind auto, home, commercial and life insurance
• Follow up with and meet with new business prospects to make new business presentations
• Follow up with customers after sales to complete the sales process
• Facilitate reviews, changes, and updates to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Addressing new and existing claims with an ability to show empathy, problem solve and communicate proactively with both insureds, adjusters and vendors.
• Helping business owners with timely certificates of insurance for them to be able to complete their work
• Address complex billing issues for all accounts across multiple lines
• Help in the phone tree to greet clients with a warm voice, positive mindset, and solution-oriented attitude
• Cross sell existing accounts proactively

Help Customers Feel Heard in a Tumultuous Market

Execute proactive rate change process with all customers to educate customers healthy expectations about what is happening in the insurance market.

Work to solve problems on the first phone call to build loyalty to the agency.

Work as a team to assure extreme accountability for all problems to be solved in a timely manner.

• A successful candidate will earn between $40K-$55K with base, commission, and bonus year 1
