Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance management, and benefits administration. Your energetic approach will help us cultivate a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth.

Duties

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent using HR systems such as Workday or iCIMS.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with applicable laws like FMLA and OSHA regulations.
• Support employee orientation sessions and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote performance improvement and career development.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports using Excel data analysis tools, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with HR legal compliance management by staying current on employment law updates and implementing necessary policy adjustments.
• Coordinate training & development initiatives and support succession planning efforts aligned with strategic workforce management goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of employment & labor law.
• Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, change management strategies, and organization design principles.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro; skilled in using Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and personnel administration processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new HR technology platforms like Lever or Dayforce and stay current on industry best practices.

Pay: $88,531.34 - $92,532.36 per year
