Kodiak Pacific Construction is reaching out to hire a seasoned estimator/project manager that demonstrates a proven track record in estimating civil public projects ranging from $500k to $15 Million.

Required Experience

· 5+ years of experience in estimating/project managing civil public projects in the Pacific NW, primarily Oregon

· Proficient computer skills including MS Office, MS Projects, Trimble, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Bid2Win

· Collaborating with cross-functional team players, successfully completing projects by deadlines, preparing schedules and documenting project requirements, processes, and procedures

· Experience in inspection and quality assurance

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment
