• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient inventory management practices.
• Coordinate with the catering department to plan and execute large-scale banquet events with precision and flair.
• Ensure consistent food presentation, portion control, and quality standards across all dishes served.
• Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Train team members in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to uphold health standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities such as motivation, accountability, and effective communication to foster a cohesive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining kitchens with strong background in food production, catering, or restaurant management.
• Extensive culinary experience with expertise in cooking techniques across diverse cuisines.
• Demonstrated supervising experience managing kitchen staff or culinary teams effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and dietary department standards.
• Experience in banquet operations and managing large-scale catering events is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift schedules efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory control, menu planning, and cost management.
• Familiarity with food service management systems and inventory management tools.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
