The housekeeper’s position is to ensure that the guest experience at the Riverside Hot Springs Inn is of high quality. Each housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring each and every guest experience is exceptional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for working all scheduled shifts
General housekeeping duties include: the cleaning of rooms to include:
Making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, scrubbing floors, spotting carpets, vacuuming all living areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, daily checking/cleaning under beds, spot cleaning, cleaning windows, emptying guest trash, cleaning guest windows on a monthly basis or additionally as needed, dusting and/or changing of light bulbs, dry cleaning of bedspreads on Mondays if necessary so that they are returned in a timely manner. Check and clean inside closets and bathroom cabinets. Polish bathroom mirrors. Dust all woodwork and furniture.
Maintaining the Riverside Inns standard of quality and cleanliness in all rooms assigned.
Assigned areas of work may include working at the Inn, the Spa areas, restaurant and lounge, lobby and additional public areas.
Comply with all policies procedures and safety regulations.
· Use protective means such as gloves while working.
· Report any hazardous materials to your supervisor – do not handle without professional assistance.
· Maintain integrity in dealing with property of guests.
· Comply with grooming, and hygiene policies
· If a guest has checked out and left items in the guest room, immediately notify the front desk agent and complete a lost item report with the agent. Sign the report with the Front Desk Agent.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 17 years of age.
Must be able to read, write and follow instructions
Must be able to work alone, independently, and with honesty
Ability to maintain hotel standards of cleanliness consistently
Must b e able and willing to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 32.0 per week
