Seeking a fully trained Program Coordinator to join our growing team. Must have at least 2 years exp. as a PC. You will be working with individuals with varying degrees of disabilities in both their home and the community, coordinating healthcare needs and providing oversight/supervision to both HTS and Health Care Coordinators assigned to individual homes to ensure day to day activities are completed. Ensuring programming needs are met as outlined in their individual plan and following DDS Policy. Applications must be completed in our office and a resume must be included.

Experience is required. Reliable auto transportation along with a clean MVR is a must! We are a FELONY free company, so an OSBI background check will be conducted.
