About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of our business-critical technology systems. This role will play a key part in the ongoing implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP while supporting site infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on NetSuite administration experience, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite ERP

• Support and drive the ongoing NetSuite ERP implementation.
• Administer and maintain NetSuite modules, including Finance, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, Equipment Maintenance, Fixed Assets, Blend Formula, Blend Batch Manufacturing, and Zone Capture.
• Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and system enhancements.
• Perform testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and resolve ERP issues while providing end-user support.
• Manage EDI transactions and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.

Business Applications

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and user licensing.
• Support Rippling HR and Time & Attendance.
• Manage software updates, upgrades, and application performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new business applications that improve operations.

IT Infrastructure

• Support and monitor site networks, VoIP phone systems, Access Control, CCTV, and paging systems.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and vendor support.

Project Management

• Coordinate IT projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Gather business requirements and implement technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Escalate issues that could impact business operations or project timelines.

Training & Documentation

• Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Train employees on business systems and applications.
• Coordinate employee IT onboarding and technology support.

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of IT applications or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering NetSuite ERP.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions and integrations.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, VoIP, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Experience with Rippling HR or similar HRIS/Time & Attendance systems.
• Manufacturing, food production, or FMCG industry experience.
• Experience with NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, Blend, and related modules.
