Customer Care Specialist - Tax Resolution
We are a tax resolution firm seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to support clients throughout the tax resolution process. This role is focused on providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Position Overview
The Customer Care Representative acts as a support contact for active clients, helping them stay informed, organized, and on track throughout the resolution process. You will work alongside account managers and resolution staff, but will not be responsible for negotiating or managing cases.
