We are seeking a Systems & Technology Administrator to support and optimize our organization's business technology ecosystem. This role combines HubSpot administration, business systems management, IT operations, vendor coordination, and end-user support to ensure critical technology platforms remain secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering HubSpot, supporting business applications, coordinating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and providing desktop and application support. Experience within the financial services or wealth management industry is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities HubSpot & Business Systems Administration Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, including: User administration and permissions Workflow automation Reporting and dashboards Integrations Data management Ongoing platform optimization Administer and support additional business applications, including CRM, portfolio management, and operational systems. Configure, maintain, and improve business processes within technology platforms to increase operational efficiency. Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows that support business goals. Maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Technology & Vendor Management Act as the primary liaison between internal users and the organization's Managed Services Provider (MSP). Coordinate technology support requests, system upgrades, hardware deployments, software implementations, and issue resolution. Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved. Assist in evaluating and implementing new technology solutions and software enhancements. IT Operations & End-User Support Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop, hardware, and application support. Perform workstation setup, software installation, user provisioning, and troubleshooting. Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access management, and equipment provisioning. Coordinate with external vendors to resolve infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues. Business Technology Improvement Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve technology utilization. Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend technology solutions. Participate in software implementation and business technology initiatives. Ensure business systems remain secure, compliant, up to date, and aligned with organizational objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3+ years of experience in systems administration, business applications support, or IT administration. Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting, user management, and integrations. Experience supporting CRM platforms and other business applications. Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and third-party technology vendors. Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365, user account management, and endpoint support. Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services, investment advisory, or wealth management industry. Experience with portfolio management platforms or financial business applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 administration. Familiarity with SaaS integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Exposure to cybersecurity best practices, identity management, and endpoint security. Relevant certifications such as HubSpot, Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA are a plus.
