Job brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Financial Services consulting team working on mission critical Data Management and regulatory programs at one of our multinational investment banking clients. As a Consultant, you will work with our client as part of a cohesive consulting team and have interactions with senior stakeholders in addition to opportunities to own deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire program: implementation of a Shared Services organizational model

Understanding the cross-functional impact of key project efforts and identify potential areas of overlap and dependencies

Provide appropriate information and updates to management and stakeholders

Pro-active identification and resolution of major issues and risks related to the initiative

Develop and maintain program artifacts weekly such as status reports, group decks, Steering Committee materials, action items, RAID log, and any other materials requested by stakeholders

Implementing program management standards throughout the program’s delivery

Requirements:
Significant experience and track record of delivery of major initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure major initiatives, project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

Understanding of major regulatory and business issues which have been driving major US projects at large international financial institutions in recent years.

Experience working on data-intensive and technology projects (data management, records management, data engineering and data science)

Strong knowledge and experience of change management process

Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees, and areas

Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff

Ability to lead and facilitate weekly cross functional working groups and Steering Committees

Salary Range: $110,000-180,000/year
