What You’ll Do

• Sell New Construction Homes: Guide buyers through the entire new home sales process—from initial interest to contract to closing.
• Educate & Advise: Act as the expert on our homes, communities, floorplans, features, and the construction timeline.
• Manage the Sales Process: Work closely with internal teams (construction, design, lending) to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
• Build Strong Relationships: Develop lasting connections with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
• Maintain Model Homes: Ensure model homes are presented at the highest standard and ready to convert traffic into sales.
• Stay Market-Savvy: Keep up with local competition, pricing, inventory, and buyer trends in new construction.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Proven experience in home sales OR prior experience working for a homebuilder
• Required: Active Utah real estate license
• Strong understanding of the new construction process, contracts, and timelines
• A self-starter who can work independently in a model home environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Driven, professional, and results-oriented
