Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with friendliness, enthusiasm, and Aloha
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and drink options
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to company recipes
• Serve beverages and food items with accuracy and attention to quality
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and communicate feedback to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Restock products and supplies as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Receive, check in, organize, and put away deliveries and vendor orders
• Attend company meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Assist with training and supporting new team members
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to maintain a positive, productive work environment
• Contribute to a culture that values teamwork, positivity, accountability, and exceptional customer service
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed to support daily coffee shop operations

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Previous barista experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
• Positive attitude and desire to provide exceptional service every day
