This isn’t your typical automotive sales pay plan - we offer a base salary plus bonus opportunities. Our performance-based structure allows you to grow your income based on results while still providing a stable foundation each month, helping reduce the uncertainty that often comes with traditional 100% commission sales roles.

The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experience for customers. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk-in guests, phone calls and internet opportunities by answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different from the rest.

The ideal person would be ambitious, confident, outgoing, creative, professional, able to leverage social media, able to use creative mediums such as a video to create their message, business-minded, desiring meaningful work and hardworking.

SCHEDULE:

• Five-day workweek!
• Work four weekdays + Saturday
• Off Sunday + a day off during the week
