About This Opportunity

Everlife Advisors is expanding its remote Medicare sales team and we're looking for experienced, AHIP-certified agents who are ready to hit the ground running. We provide warm Medicare qualified inbound transfers, you focus on closing.

This is not an entry-level role. We want Medicare professionals who have previously sold, know the products, know the process, and want to be compensated well while being provided warm Medicare verfied leads.

Compensation

• $125 base pay commission per submitted application — paid weekly
• Bonus potential allows agents to make up to $350 total per app based on conversion and retention metrics.
• Average agents are earning $250+ per sale
• Stick rate bonuses are paid the month the plan activates
• Renewal commissions on your book of business — earn on clients year over year
• 1099 independent contractor — no cap on earnings

Requirements

• Active health insurance license in 10+ states (required to start)
• Ability to obtain 15+ state licenses — we recommend: TN, CA, TX, FL, OH, LA, AL, KY, GA, IN, MI, AZ, AR, IL, VA, MO, NC, SC, PA
• AHIP certified for current plan year
• Proven Medicare Advantage and/or Supplement sales experience
• Sunfire quoting platform experience preferred
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet

Ideal Candidate

We're building a team of full-time focused agents who treat Medicare sales as their primary income source. We're looking for agents who intend to work 20+ hours per week during ROY/SEP and 40+ hours per week during AEP/OEP (Oct–Feb). The more you put in, the more you earn.
