Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (Every other Saturday from 8am to 1)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are a growing dumpster rental company looking for a dependable, organized Dispatcher and Inside Sales to wow our customers. This role is critical to keeping schedules tight, staff accountable, customers informed, and jobs running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing daily office calls for dumpster and help grow our business
• Dispatching and scheduling drivers and trucks
• Ensuring phones, emails, and customer inquiries are handled professionally
• Maintaining accurate job details, notes, and updates in CRM systems
• Have a great ambition in sales and ability to balancing daily workloads
• Quick learner in an office environment
• Handling escalated customer issues and service recovery
• Supporting billing, invoicing, and operational reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in office dispatching
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• 5+ years of inside sales experience required
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software
• Ability to lead, make decisions, and hold people accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

Industry experience in logistics, construction, dumpsters, or home services is a big plus.

• Fewer missed jobs, reschedules, and customer complaints
• CRM data is clean and up to date
