JR Management is the management company for Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza and 4 Gator's Dockside locations. We are seeking 1-2 creative, motivated Marketing & Social Media Interns to support the execution of marketing initiatives across both brands. This paid position provides hands-on experience creating digital content, supporting local marketing efforts, and collaborating with restaurant operations to strengthen brand awareness and guest engagement. This internship is designed to provide meaningful marketing experience with the potential for future full-time opportunities.

Duties

• Capture and edit photo and video content in restaurants, community events, and promotional activities.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other digital platforms.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content.
• Visit restaurant locations to document guest, team member, and community experiences.
• Support local store marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Assist with execution of marketing campaigns developed by the internal marketing team and agency partners.
• Coordinate influencer visits, content creation, and communication.
• Provide weekly updates regarding completed content, restaurant visits, and marketing insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team while independently managing assigned projects.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Skills

• Required
• At least 21 years of age and living within a 30-mile radius of Gainesville, FL.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Experience creating or managing social media content, including editing videos.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between restaurant locations and marketing events.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with guests, restaurant team members, and community partners.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Preferred

• Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
