Job Summary

The Business Development Team drives growth by building partnerships that generate revenue and expand the brand’s reach. We identify, reach out to, and collaborate with brands, artists, and marketplaces to create opportunities like product collaborations, campaigns, and new sales channels. Our team focuses on turning relationships and ideas into measurable outcomes like conversions, partnerships, and long-term revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting outreach to brands and artists for partnerships (email, Instagram, and other channels)
• Researching potential partners, marketplaces, and industry trends to support expansion and improve targeting
• Participate in campaign execution (e.g., giveaways, collaborations, seasonal campaigns) and tracking performance
• Draft and send outreach emails or DMs using approved templates and tone
• Track all communications and responses in CRM tools
• Manage follow-ups to move conversations forward
• Support pitch refinement and test message variations for engagement
• Tracking outreach, responses, and conversions through KPI reporting and identifying areas to improve performance
• Assisting with building and refining materials such as decks, playbooks, and outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms (Email / Gmass, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Comfortable with Google Suite and CRM-style tools
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Canva
• Knowledgeable in data tracking & KPI reporting
• Market & competitor research
• Creating Presentations and Pitches
• Organized and consistent with follow-through and lead tracking
• Proactive communication
