Duties

• Use interpretation techniques to convey messages faithfully while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality
• Maintain detailed records of interpreted calls, including summaries and relevant notes for quality assurance purposes
• Collaborate with team members to improve interpretation processes and address any challenges encountered during calls
• Stay updated on terminology and cultural nuances to enhance interpretation quality across different subjects

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Experience or training in interpretation, translation, or linguistics preferred
