Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and dedicated Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. In this vital role, we are looking for person(s) to clean interior cabs of heavy equipment. Job duties to include: washing seats, floors, upholstery, and window glass. Other duties will include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting of offices, cleaning/stocking restroom and break rooms. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters our space.

Full Time 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

In addition, staff is paid a monthly performance incentive of $150 for those who earn it.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
