We are hiring.

I’m looking for someone sharp, organized, reliable, and good with moving parts.

This role sits in the middle of client communication, project flow, follow-up, Podio, operations, and the AI systems we’re building behind the scenes.

You should write clearly, catch details, follow through, and help keep things moving. A lot of this job is figuring out what matters, noticing what’s missing, and reading between the lines before small things turn into expensive ones.

Packaging or print experience is a plus, but not required. I’d rather hire the right brain than the perfect resume.

We’re organized, and I want to keep it that way — so we can handle more, move faster, and scale without things getting sloppy.
