Who We Are & Our Team Culture
At Asset Capitalmarket, we deliver custom software solutions, enterprise application integration, and operational efficiency strategies to high-growth organizations. Innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum—it requires sharp minds to translate operational inefficiencies into clear, structured roadmaps. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect passion, resourcefulness, and a drive to solve business puzzles. We are establishing a highly dynamic team of Associate Business Analysts who will gain hands-on training, interact directly with enterprise frameworks, and collaborate across technical boundaries to steer projects from concept to go-live.
The Strategic Value of This Role
This is not a passive administrative or clerical position. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will immediately work alongside Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to unpack operational bottlenecks. You will be trained to act as the primary bridge between our corporate business clients and technical execution teams, ensuring development workflows precisely line up with immediate client needs.

· User Story & Documentation Engineering: Author clear, descriptive user stories, functional criteria, data-flow diagrams, and end-to-end business rule definitions.
· System Workflow Visualization: Design functional layouts, use-case models, and wireframes to illustrate systemic changes to workflows before development kicks off.
· Data Validation & Insights: Coordinate with database specialists to examine data tracking systems, mapping out data flows and preparing trend analysis reports.
· UAT Validation Loops: Validate development sprints against strict user acceptance testing guidelines to ensure the final technical release matches business sign-offs.
· Project Pipeline Governance: Manage project backlogs, track active clarification requests, monitor change orders, and issue cross-functional timeline reports.

· Academic Credentials: BS/BA degree in a discipline centered around systems, business logic, or logic evaluation (e.g., Management Information Systems, Business Computing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related technical disciplines).
· Analytical Architecture: Exceptional talent for structure—specifically the ability to untangle complex operational workflows and break them down into linear, execution-ready documentation.
· Spreadsheet Aptitude: Strong structural knowledge of data manipulation inside MS Excel (functions, data parsing, modeling, and analytics components).
· Articulation & Writing: Superb professional prose; must be able to draft crisp documents that both software engineers and executive sponsors can easily understand.
