We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Nurse Manager to join our leadership team at our family owned senior living community in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky. Position Summary:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our community while ensuring the highest quality of resident-centered care. This individual will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Kentucky Medication Aides (KMA's) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA'S), fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

-Current nursing license (LPN or RN) in the Commonwealth of Kentucky

-Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred

-Experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting

-Demonstrated commitment to resident-focused, compassionate care.

-Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

-Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and support a team of KMA's and CNA's to deliver exceptional resident care

-Ensure residents receive personalized, dignified, and compassionate care every day

-Recruit, train, coach, and develop nursing staff while promoting professional growth

-Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and community policies

-Partner with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.

-Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement best practices to continually improve resident care

-Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment
