Business Analyst (Piscataway, NJ). Responsible to Monitor & analyze industry and competitor trends and recommend business strategies to the management team; conduct market assessment of existing services, analyze and prioritize market opportunities, design format for data gathering; maintain database of clients using CRM tool; develop relationships with customer' key executives, explore opportunities to cross / up sell, ensure timely resolution of key escalations / concerns from customer and put in place mitigation plan; forecasting and business planning, inputs for strategic planning, review of delivery plans and budgets; identify and assign appropriate roles to direct reports. Set reasonable, challenging and clear performance goals, monitor performance and provide appropriate feedback to direct reports. Travel to multiple client locations nationwide.
