Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Luxury Sales Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end retail environment, delivers unparalleled customer service, and has a genuine love for fashion and fine footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Rangoni Firenze products, materials, and craftsmanship
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects brand standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every client

Qualifications:

• Previous management or key holder experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
• Passion for fashion, footwear, and Italian craftsmanship
• Ability to build rapport and provide a memorable client experience
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Previous experience in soft goods or footwear retail.
