Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. The Restoration Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to facilitate smooth operations.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to review schematics and design plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Restoration Services Prefered
• Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, and management practices.
• Proficiency in software such as Xactimate, Mitigate, Symbility Mica
• Managing Large loss .
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Water damage restoration: 3 years (Required)
