Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) / Mental Health Technician (MHT)

Location: Warm Springs, MT, United States

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM
• 2nd Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

Pay Rate: $28 – $35 per hour

Position Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide care for mentally or emotionally impaired patients under nursing/medical staff supervision.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and lead educational/recreational activities.
• Escort patients to and from examinations and treatments.
• Observe and document patient behavior, including complaints and physical symptoms.
• Administer or remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
• Restrain patients when necessary to ensure safety.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision (for RBTs).
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Stay up-to-date with required training and facility policies.

Requirements:-

• License of MT state.
• BLS/CPR

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
