The Manna House is a (501c3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you would oversee all operational aspects, foster meaningful relationships with community partners, and ensure the delivery of high-quality social services. Your leadership will inspire staff, promote organizational growth, and advance our mission to serve individuals who are food-insecure or homeless. Duties

• Provide strategic direction and management of the organization’s programs, staff, and resources to achieve mission-driven goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, funders, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and organizational reputation.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Manage organizational budgets, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and oversee financial planning and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety protocols and procedures.
• Advocate for underserved populations by staying informed on relevant policies, funding opportunities, and community needs.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with individuals with food insecurity, homelessness, and other challenges faced in underserved communities.
• Strong administrative experience with budgeting, compliance oversight, and organizational planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, presentations, and data management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, funders, clients, and team members.
• Exceptional leadership skills in managing social service professionals.
• Experience supervising staff from diverse backgrounds, including underserved communities.
• Expertise in program development tailored to community needs.
• Skilled in social work practices and client communication strategies.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, social services regulations, and best practices for program management.
• Strong writing skills for grant proposals, reports, policies, and client documentation.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
