Bob Snail is a leading Ukrainian producer of healthy fruit snacks, seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator.

At this stage, we are looking for a part-time team member to work 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday. This position offers the opportunity to transition to a full-time role.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with U.S. logistics operations is required
• Fluent English
• Ukrainian language is required, as the role involves regular communication with our Ukraine-based Team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Logistics Coordination

-Track inbound container lead times.

-Coordinate with the UA outbound team to align and resolve inbound shipment discrepancies.

• Outbound Transportation & Order Execution

-Support transportation arrangements for non CPU outbound orders.

-Monitor delivery status and track & trace updates for non CPU shipments.

-Coordinate order preparation and delivery with warehouse and transportation providers.

• Warehouse, Inventory & CHEP Management

-Resolve order, invoice, delivery, and inventory discrepancies with warehouse and transportation providers.

-Perform monthly inventory level checks for VAN warehouses.

-Manage CHEP related processes and communication.

-Manage display repack projects with warehouse providers.

-Monitor outbound order volumes to understand regional demand and logistics activity.

• Customer Requirements & New Launch Support

-Support USA and UA teams with new customer launches.

-Review and analyze new customer requirements to ensure compliance with order preparation, labeling, shipping, and delivery expectations.

-Align warehouse providers with customer requirements to ensure compliant order preparation and delivery.

• Logistics Cost Control & Reporting

-Review and analyze logistics reports by region to understand transportation and warehouse related expenses.

-Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

-Analyze the logistics market and maintain ongoing communication with providers to compare rates and service capabilities.

• Provider Sourcing & Performance Management

-Search for and evaluate new warehouse and transportation logistics providers.

-Monitor provider performance, including service quality, responsiveness, cost, and issue resolution.

-Manage escalations for operational issues related to warehouse, transportation, inventory, and customer delivery requirements.

• Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement

-Coordinate cross-functionally between USA, UA, warehouse providers, transportation partners, and customer service teams.

-Support process improvements related to warehouse operations, transportation, customer launches, and logistics cost control.
