• At least 3 years of experience in a senior executive assistant role.
• A talent for reducing noise and efficiently providing key information to executives.
• A high-level of motivation and initiative, always thinking of ways to make things better.
• A positive, can-do attitude.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:

• Act as the Managing Partner’s right hand, ensuring priorities are clear, aligned and executed.
• Consolidate and filter communications so the Managing Partner receives only the most critical, actionable information.
• Draft and manage email correspondence, flagging critical items for follow-up.
• Maintain and protect the Managing Partner's calendar.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, event registrations and reservations seamlessly.
• Email and telephone clients and third parties on behalf of firm.
• Handle miscellaneous projects with a proactive and resourceful approach.
