This recruitment process begins with a brief 10-minute phone screening to confirm your basic qualifications, availability, work authorization, location, and interest in the position. Candidates may choose to complete the screening through WhatsApp or a regular phone call.

Candidates who pass the phone screening may choose between:

• An online interview through Lark; or
• An approved in-person interview at the relevant GOFO station, subject to the hiring manager’s availability.

Lark is a professional business communication and video-meeting platform similar to Zoom or Microsoft Teams. GOFO uses Lark for official interviews and internal business communication. The Lark application is publicly available through both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Candidates may also be able to join through the official interview link without downloading the application when browser access is supported.

Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position, not a remote job. The phone screening and interview are only parts of the recruitment process.

Candidates are encouraged to independently verify GOFO before proceeding. Our official website is GOFO.com. GOFO operates physical hubs and delivery stations across the United States. Candidates who select the in-person interview option will receive the official station address, appointment time, interviewer information, and check-in instructions in advance.

GOFO will never ask candidates to:

GOFO, a leading Chinese logistics company, is launching a Station Management Talent Development Program. Candidates will be developed into Station Managers within 3–6 months. We welcome driven, high-potential individuals with strong execution skills to join our fast-growing team!

Location:2407 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily station operations (receiving, sorting, dispatching, etc.)
• Complete training and hands-on tasks according to the development program
• Track work progress and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Undergo periodic evaluations and gradually take on management responsibilities

Training & Development Path:
Management Trainee → Assistant Station Manager → Station Manager (within 3–6 months)

• Month 1: Frontline warehouse training (housing provided)
• Month 2: Begin station-level training
• Month 3: Transition to Assistant Station Manager
• Months 4–5: Independently manage station operations

Salaries: During the training period, wages are paid on an hourly basis; subsequently, compensation increases in accordance with specific roles (Trainee Station Manager / Station Manager / Senior Station Manager), offering a high salary ceiling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese（preference）
• Strong execution skills; hardworking and willing to take on frontline rotations
• Prior experience in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus
• Need to acccpet relocated
