Booth’s Cobblestones is a full-service hardscape contractor specializing in the design, installation, restoration, and maintenance of outdoor spaces throughout Central Florida. Our services include brick paver installations, driveways, patios, pool decks, artificial turf, paver repairs, pressure cleaning, sealing, and outdoor living projects for both residential and builder/commercial customers.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations and manage production across multiple active projects.
This role is responsible for overseeing crews, subcontractors, field coordination, scheduling, and production execution while ensuring projects remain organized, efficient, profitable, and on schedule. The right candidate understands how to balance labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, customer expectations, weather impacts, and changing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and dispatches field operations for crews, installers, subcontractors, drivers, and field leaders
- Coordinates labor, manpower, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
- Leads project scheduling meetings and adjusts schedules and resources quickly to address weather delays, field issues, customer needs, and changing priorities
- Monitor project timelines, labor efficiency, productivity, and overall job performance
- Help maintain strong job profitability through efficient production management and proactive issue resolution
- Drive accountability, professionalism, and performance expectations across field teams
- Conducts jobsite visits and inspections to maintain quality standards and minimize rework and callbacks
- Oversee fleet readiness, equipment usage, tool management, and yard organization
- Serve as a key operational contact for builders, vendors, subcontractors, and internal leadership
- Collaborate with ownership and office leadership on process improvements and operational initiatives
- Conducts interviews, evaluations, development and disciplinary action relating to field and project teams

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have strong experience in all three areas below:
✔ Construction project and/or production management
✔ Crew leadership and people management
✔ Scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of multiple active projects
Additional qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of leadership experience in construction operations
- Experience managing multiple crews and active projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of production sequencing and field logistics
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both in the field and office daily
- Experience in hardscapes, paving, masonry, site work, concrete, landscape construction, or similar industries strongly preferred
- Experience with Buildertrend or construction management software preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
