Cooperstown Experience, home of Fenimore's Table and The Cooperstown Clubhouse, is looking for experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to lead our restaurants and arcade operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and arcade operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, labor costs, inventory and purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs to ensure proper coverage during all shifts.
• Monitor cash handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
• Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase traffic and engagement.
• Identify and address operational challenges or safety concerns proactively.
• Step into operational roles as needed to support the team and maintain excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of three years of management experience and two years in food service is required.
• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or a similar role hospitality role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with budgeting, cash handling, and POS systems.
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent NYS-approved certification) required or ability to obtain.
• TIPS certification (or equivalent NYS-approved alcohol awareness training) required or ability to obtain.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible hours/days/weekends required.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, base on experience
