Cooperstown Experience, home of Fenimore's Table and The Cooperstown Clubhouse, is looking for experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to lead our restaurants and arcade operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and arcade operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, labor costs, inventory and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Support scheduling and staffing needs to ensure proper coverage during all shifts.
- Monitor cash handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase traffic and engagement.
- Identify and address operational challenges or safety concerns proactively.
- Step into operational roles as needed to support the team and maintain excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of three years of management experience and two years in food service is required.
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or a similar role hospitality role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience with budgeting, cash handling, and POS systems.
- ServSafe certification (or equivalent NYS-approved certification) required or ability to obtain.
- TIPS certification (or equivalent NYS-approved alcohol awareness training) required or ability to obtain.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, and weekends.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, base on experience
