We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who can build strong client relationships while confidently navigating the platform's technical side.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role with a technical edge.
You’ll work closely with clients to launch, troubleshoot, and improve their referral programs. You’ll become a trusted partner; someone they rely on for guidance, not just answers.
At the same time, you’ll support integrations, automation tools, and CRM connections to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
A Day in the Life
No two days look exactly the same, but a typical day might include:
- Jumping into a kickoff call with a new client to walk through their first campaign
- Troubleshooting why a referral or payout didn’t trigger as expected
- Helping a client connect their CRM and testing that data is flowing correctly
- Following up with an existing client to improve performance or launch a new campaign
- Collaborating with product or engineering on a bug or edge case
- Answering client questions and making sure they feel confident using the platform
Some days are more relationship-focused, others lean technical, and most are a mix of both.
What You’ll Do
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Guide new clients through onboarding and campaign launches
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor focused on helping them grow
- Proactively follow up to ensure success and engagement
Support & Problem Solving
- Help clients with campaign setup, referral tracking, and payouts
- Troubleshoot issues and clearly explain solutions
- Deliver fast, thoughtful responses that build trust
Integrations & Technical Support
- Assist with connecting Clicki to CRMs and tools like Zapier, ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, and more
- Troubleshoot integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows
- Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex technical issues
Client Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their referral programs
- Help clients adopt additional features and improve results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical systems (CRMs, integrations, automation tools)
- Problem-solver who can think critically and adapt quickly
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients at once
- Positive, proactive mindset
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Zapier or automation tools
- Webhooks or API-based integrations
- Home service software or CRM platforms
