Position Information
Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, creating benchmarks for success, overseeing project deliverables, managing budgets, and planning work assignments that meet project deadlines while adapting to changes in scope and budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Satisfaction
· Respond to the needs of General Contractor field personnel in a timely manner.
· Communicate honestly and professionally, verbally and in writing.
· Follow up on all customer calls and communications.
2. Office Management
· Maintain knowledge of and compliance with company Policies and Procedures.
· Provide accurate feedback regarding Superintendents and Foremen.
· Report project difficulties, manpower projections, and scheduling conflicts.
· Maintain transparent communication with project teams.
· Attend Bid Reviews, Operations Meetings, Job Status Meetings, and CTC Meetings.
· Set, execute, and achieve yearly company goals.
3. Project Management Responsibilities
· Contract review and participation in preconstruction turnovers and startup meetings.
· Permitting and risk management support.
· Assist Superintendents and Foremen during project planning.
· Conduct site visits and attend OAC/Subcontractor meetings.
· Manage owner, contractor, subcontractor, and vendor relations.
· Monitor project tasking reports, budgets, job costs, manpower, and prefabrication.
· Manage claims documentation, submissions, and negotiations.
4. Project Management Functions
· Project document organization and management.
· Scheduling and master schedule compliance.
· Submittal and shop drawing review.
· Major purchase orders and project buyouts.
· Invoice approvals and job cost management.
· Material procurement, expediting, and returns.
· Freight claims assistance.
· Change Orders, RFIs, Billings, O&Ms, and Project Closeout.

Working Conditions
This is largely a sedentary role; however, lifting files, bending, standing, or walking is required.

Compensation & Benefits
· Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
· Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
· Expected Hours: 40 per week
· Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision
· Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift
· Work Location: In Office
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
