We are a leading resort management company committed to delivering exceptional vacation experiences and maximizing the value of our resort assets. We are seeking an experienced Director of Inventory & Yield Management to lead our efforts in optimizing revenue performance across our portfolio.

Position Summary
The Director of Inventory & Yield Management will oversee the strategy and execution of inventory allocation, pricing, and revenue optimization across our resorts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel or timeshare inventory and yield management and a deep understanding of distribution channels, market dynamics, and revenue strategies specific to the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory and yield management strategies to maximize occupancy, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast demand trends, booking pace, and competitive performance to drive pricing and availability decisions.
• Manage inventory distribution across direct, OTA, GDS, and timeshare exchange channels to optimize utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business goals.
• Oversee system configuration, rate loading, and channel connectivity in PMS, CRS, and RMS platforms.
• Establish reporting dashboards to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead regular revenue strategy meetings to review performance and adjust tactics as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations for owner, exchange, and rental inventory allocations.
• Provide leadership and training to property-level revenue teams to strengthen yield management capabilities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in inventory and yield/revenue management within the hotel or timeshare industry (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with expertise in hospitality revenue management systems (RMS, PMS, CRS).
• Proven ability to manage multi-property portfolios and complex distribution strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
